Course Description

Participants will clarify “accountability” in their roles and establish skills to lead-by-example. Participants will explore the elements of the effective meeting and build skills to manage meetings effectively. The course will engage participants in practices and case studies to help them learn in an active manner.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the elements of a culture of accountability.

  • Identify potential barriers to personal accountability and how to overcome them.

  • Set the stage for an effective and productive meeting.
