Jim has been providing enterprise technology and training solutions for over 20 years. He has helped multiple organizations drive change, accelerate their business, reduce risk, improve technology ROI, and maximize the effectiveness of their learning strategy. Over the past several years Jim has worked within multiple vertical markets (pharmaceutical/life sciences, manufacturing, insurance, government, etc.) to build and implement global, world-class training solutions. He is often quoted in trade publications, including Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Magazine where he served in an advisory position.
In addition to training, Jim has built several high-performing Project Management Offices (PMOs). This has enabled organizations to advance their project management practices, improve current processes and advance within project management maturity models. Leveraging industry standards and best practices, he has assisted customers standardize on a Project Management Framework for repeatable outcomes and increased project success rates.
