Course Description

The key to integrating and understanding the wealth of information within the Insights Discovery Profiles is the Insights Core Program. The program is designed for personal development, improved interaction with their immediate team and for the understanding and improvement of the interaction with the organization as a whole. It is designed to help individuals more fully understand the impact they and others have within the workplace client service environments. The program will provide the tools, skill set and understanding to achieve better results immediately.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand more about self, both strengths and potential areas of focus

  • Understand more about others who may have different preferences, expectations, desires, and motivations

  • Better understand the behaviors expected of them to meet the requirements of differing work and relationship situations

  • Be better able to blend their preferences with those of others for improved team dynamics, communication, harmony, effectiveness, and performance

  • Identify how meetings others’ needs might enhance personal influence

  • Understand both the strengths and limitations of different personality types and their expectations

  • Have a framework, a common language, on which to base their interactions with the team and also their coworkers and customers

  • Increase the collaboration and sharing of information across the team
