Every organization needs structured project management processes in order to develop predictable and repeatable outcomes and take advantage of it strengths.  Yet, many organizations do not follow a structured project management framework or follow any established “best practices”.  They do not incorporate these best practices with their own processes and templates to develop their project management methodology either.
